Film 15, the movie production company of England, headed by Ms. Emma Macy is planning to conduct a short film competition in association with the Indian film maker Mr Sohannlal.The contestants of all ages and nationalities are welcome to participate. The main content of the film must be based on a love story or a romantic situation. The duration of the film should not exceed one minute. The film can be made in any language however if the film is not in English language it requires to have English subtitles. The film also could be a musical or silent. The film entries should require providing in:-· DV, MiniDV or DVD format· Script of the film· Bio data of the director and the producer· List of the artists· List of technicians and crewThe winners of the competition would receive a cash award as well an invitation to various international short film festivals.
All film entries should be received on the following address before the 31st of December 2009.
